Rates & Reservations

During the summer season, June through Labor Day, the Bay Chalet is available to rent on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Discounts may apply for last-minute bookings and /or multi-week reservations. View the Rental Calendar for available dates. • The standard weekly rate during the peak Summer season is $1,500-$1,800 with a non-refundable security deposit.
• Reservations are not confirmed until terms have been accepted, your deposit has been received, and you have received a confirmation notice.
• Spring and Fall (generally from Labor Day until the last week in June) prices are reduced, and both weekday and weekend rentals may be available. Telephone or email for information and rates.
• The house is not available for rent during the cold winter months.

House Policies

• A cleaning service will come in between rentals. However, guests are to leave the house in "swept clean" condition, free of all trash, with refrigerator and garbage cans empty.
• Fines will be entailed if any trash (cigarette butts, food, soda cans, etc.) is left anywhere on the property.
• Garbage and recycling should be left in the cans by the curb with the tops secured.
• Curbside trash pickup is every Monday and Thursday from May through September.
• Curbside recycling pickup is every Friday from May through September.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM Saturday. The cleaning service arrives at 11:00 AM on the last day of your stay. Please plan to vacate the premises before they arrive.
• Please notify the owners immediately if the house was not left in good condition for your stay.
• We do welcome well-mannered dogs, but damage to, or staining of, the house, rugs, or furniture, or flea infestation, is not considered normal wear and tear, and guests will be charged a fee for any extra clean-up and/or repair that is required.
• Guests are welcome to use the crab pots and enjoy the recreational items stored underneath the deck. However, these items are to be used at your own risk, and remember, life-vest use is always encouraged when using any water vehicle at any depth.
• This is a smoke-free house, NO SMOKING ALLOWED
